At British Homes Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home essentials aren't quite right, you can return them to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
